In-store pick-up

My pastries and confections are prepared at the minute for maximum freshness. I therefore need a minimum of time to prepare them carefully! You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.

You are welcome at my workshop, located at 1051 Bernard, H2V1V1.

I welcome you: Mon-Tues: 8:00 - 16:00 and Wed-Sun: 8:00 - 18:00. Please wait for the email confirmation that your order is ready and bring your proof of payment at the time of pick up.

Allergens | Ingredients

I describe my cooking as conscious. I take the time to choose my ingredients and I cook with sensitivity.

Although the flours used are gluten free, the kitchen is not certified as gluten free. The risks of cross-contamination are therefore present, and it is impossible for me to guarantee that my products are 100% gluten-free.

Yes! we have a few vegan options and we can accommodate your request with pleasure! Please contact me at for a vegan order. We may require a minimum purchase.

For now, many of the ingredients used are organic, such as sugar and chocolate and some of the flours such as whole wheat flower  In order to continue to offer competitive prices, we have not yet made a full transition to organic products. Maybe soon?

Recyclable | Compostable

All our bags and boxes are fully recyclable. The packaging for the caramels are compostable: they are made with vegetable pulp. The moulds for the cakes are also compostable and made with cocoa bark or cane pulp. Plastic wrap is also compostable. The crystal paper bags for the cookies are also compostable and tied with a cotton string.  Enjoy my products without guilt! ☺
